- Furnish and place 120,000 tons of 8″–16″ and 28″–36″ rip rap in the construction five (5) each stone shoals
- Dredging of 25,000 cyds of in situ sand and construction of a habit shoals to include plantings, seeding, and live stakes
- Furnishing and placing various habitat stone and log structures in the existing inner bay area
