Complete design work for harbor reconstruction project since 2012 – 4^th phase of five (5) total phases.
Full demolition of existing T dock, Moby/Gas/Hickory complete (113 boat slips).
Installation of 450’ of galvanized PZC13 x up to 35’ long with # 14 tie-rods tied, C12 x 20 double channel walers and 1,000 tons of stone. Form/pour/cure a 1’ thick reinforced concrete walkway.
New pile supported galvanized electronically operated swing bridge (north harbor) on 16” pipe piles
6 new pipe pile supported galvanized docks for 12 new slips with 35’ long Class A/B piles
113 new floating docks up to 55’ long manufactured by FDS with 6’x 6 uprights
161 class A/B wood piles in between all floating docks
1,500 yards of harbor dredging.
Installation of new gas dock with APT piping and four (4) new dispensers.
Site work, concrete, electrical, plumbing, and pump out complete.
