- Design/build of a four (4) sided 375 LFT temporary ERS cofferdam to support an excavation depth of 50′
- TERS design also allows for lake O’Hare to fill up to maximum level – 40′ of water while supporting an excavation depth 50′.
- 20,625 SFT of WF King piles interlocking with PZ sheeting.
- Includes four (4) lines of double HP walers, corner braces, rakers, and heavy wall pipe bracing.
- Bracing system was prefabricated by ECK and installed per an exact template system.
- Designed to accommodate a Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) through the cofferdam and all necessary bracing.
- Five (5) additional circular pits (25′ to 63′ diameter) utilizing 55′ long PZ 27.
