- Installation of 1,500’ of 30’ long galvanized sheet piling tied together with double channel walers and 7,000 tons of stone.
- New pile supported galvanized electronically operated swing bridge on 16” pipe piles.
- 28 new pipe pile supported galvanized docks for 56 new slips with 40’ long Class A/B piles.
- 1,500’ of new concrete walkway extending into Lake St. Clair.
- 2,600 yards of dredging.
- Site work, electrical, plumbing, pump out, and paving complete.
