Provide pile design, survey, layout and as-built information.
Excavate, dewater, and investigate each pile and concrete cap location.
Furnish/Install forty (40) each 12hp74x 80′ with pile points and top plates.
Perform PDA testing to confirm capacities.
Form/pour/strip eight (8) reinforced pile cap foundations.
Reinforcing steel, anchor bolt assemblies, and 200 yards of concrete placed.
